Packaging Innovations and Empack to exhibit cutting-edge technology at NEC event

Packaging Innovations and Empack 2022, the UK’s premier packaging event, will reunite the packaging community when it returns to the NEC on 25 and 26 May. The event will provide visitors with the unique opportunity to experience the latest packaging innovation, technology, and design.

Many of the event’s industry-leading exhibitors will launch their latest products to market across a variety of sectors, including contract packing and fulfilment, personal care, food and beverage, household, pharmaceutical and chemical, and label and print.

Colorlites, Camvac, Ehcolo, Item Products, Innovia, Lactips, Plasfilms, Martek Industries, Skanem UK, Tagit, and The Label Makers are some of the major names to debut their latest innovations and technologies live on the exhibition floor. The event will also be attended by Bobst, Damati Plastics, Esko, GMG Color, GTL Plastics, GXO, Lemonpath, PEFC UK, Reedbut, Robinson, and TAWI.

In conjunction with the packed exhibitor line-up, Packaging Innovations and Empack 2022 will host a dynamic speaker programme, held across three stages. Manufacturing, processing, and logistics professionals will be catered for by The Empack Technology Stage, whilst the latest industry insights affecting packaging designers, agencies, and technologists can be heard on The Innovation and Design Stage or The Ecopack Stage. 

The Big Debate, one of the event’s headline sessions, will tackle the latest in packaging regulations, amongst other external driving forces. The Ecopack Stage hosts a sustainable packaging initiative; The Ecopack Challenge, a Dragon’s Den-style competition, making a strong return with its refined eligibility criteria by an expert panel of judges including Ocado and Pret A Manger.
