Can Smart Technology Help Consumers Make Better Food Choices?
Consumers increasingly demand reassurance about the food and drink they consume. This is reassurance not only in terms of safety and freshness, but also where ingredients come from and the environmental impact of a particular product. Smart technology has the ability to help both producers and consumers increase transparency. It will also likely change how consumers shop.
